ABOUT

b. Oakland, CA

I am a forager of found imagery and objects. These materials inspire and influence my collage, sculpture, and video work, allowing me to explore the interplay between things and ideas. Through juxtaposition, manipulation, and balance, I recall past, present and future ways of being. As an arts professional, I have dedicated my career to championing artists and the art community as Senior Exhibition Coordinator at the School of Visual Arts in New York City, Chief Preparator at John Berggruen Gallery, and, currently, as Director of Art Services at Minnesota Street Project.
